Brewed to celebrate the Fifth Birthday of Tamaki, Art Director Meiko and Co Founder Gaz’s son. Thick, sour plum juice with grilled Hōjicha tea from Bohea Teas make this Gose a good news beer. Our classic Tamaki recipe of Plum and Hojicha Tea but we've left all the fruit in this time, to make a slightly thicker, more full bodied and intense beer. It's super juicy but balanced by the tea.
