DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We offer a flat rate delivery for all mainland UK deliveries which is provided on an Express 24 hour service.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 12pm the same day, but please allow 2-4 working days to receive your order - in most cases it will be with you sooner.
Our charges are as follows:
Mainland UK: £6.50 (FREE on orders over £70).
Please note that all t-shirts incur a £4 delivery charge because they are supplied and delivered by Teemill, unfortunately these products cannot be used in-conjunction with our 'free shipping' offer
Hats will also incur a separate delivery charge and this will depend on variant selected as these come from multiple suppliers, unfortunately these products cannot not be used in-conjunction with our 'free shipping' offer.
A signature is required on delivery of all orders, the recipient must be aged 18 or over. You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your order and another when your order has been completed and dispatched. In most cases we will also send you tracking information on your parcel.
Please note there is no minimum order
Collect In Store
Please wait until you receive confirmation that you order is ready to collect and always check store opening hours before setting off. Please also bring along your confirmation email for proof of order.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if the contents not the packaging are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@craftyfingers.uk along with pictures where possible and we will do our very best to resole the situation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
