The nights have rolled in, the leaves have turned to bold autumnal colours, and the temperature is dropping just enough to warrant the big coat coming out of hibernation – it’s definitely stout season again, and we’re absolutely here for it at Polly’s HQ.

A natural progression from our recent breakfast stout collaboration with Wrexham Bean Co, this beer substitutes bold coffee notes for gooey fudge flavours.

Letting the malt do the majority of the talking, we’ve brought no fewer than seven specialty malts to the party here, imparting a whole host of decadent chocolate notes, with a heavy lashing of milk sugar to up the fudgey sweetness to the max. A treat for all the senses, and a perfect dessert beer.
