Of all the hop combinations we’ve done over the years here at Polly’s – and there are a lot – we were astounded to find that two in-house favourites in Bru-1 and Mosaic had never been displayed in one of the two-hop showcases that we’ve made our foundation on since launching almost seven years ago.

Lonely Dreams is simple in its execution; a straight up sessionable pale ale at 5.1% but with intense levels of flavour saturation from our generous use of two hops that have become mainstays in our brewing output.

Dripping with fresh cut pineapple notes, backed up with a medley of berries, tangerine and tropical notes, we’re over the moon at how well these two hops play off one another in this incredible pale ale.
