A deeply expressive batch of Strata takes the lead, accented by a field of punchy sweet/tart Audacia. Ever-popular for it's grapefruit & juniper character, when grown in the Yakima valley, their Oregonian Chinook has a tropical style all of its own. Born, Nurtured, Grown
