Fabien is now revered as the great natural viticulturist of Cahor. His vineyard sits on the Causse (A limestone plateau above Cahor). He is considered a total hippy, but this is something he is proud off - singing to his vines etc. He is also passionate about reviving the great native varieties of the past. Hence this orange blend.
