Description: Brambles - Earthy - Spicy
Maison Ventenac is a hilltop vineyard and winery run by the Stephanie and Olivier Rame. These guys are meticulous about their vines opting for no chemical input at all. The wine is fermented with a specialist yeast which kills other bacteria, resulting in a clean wine without the need to use sulphur. Aged in stainless steel.
