This hazy India Pale Ale was brewed with founder, Masahiro Kusunose, using Strata CGX, Strata, Idaho 7, Nelson and Citra with additions during whirlpool, hop dip and mid-fermentation. We’re getting grapefruit, pot, dried orange, pineapple and lemon drops. Enjoy!
