This project comes from a partnership between the Awatere Coop and Moreno Wine UK. Who set out to source some exceptional cooler climate sauvignon for this cheeky little blend. The fruit is selected from parcels in Awatere and Marlborough North. The wine is naturally fermented in chilled stainless tanks for optimal freshness.
