Circumstantial Organic Single Grain Whisky

This whisky was created from organic malted barley, un-malted barley and roasted barley. The grains were mashed and fermented on saison yeast, Belgian abbey yeast and a strong ale yeast for 14 days. It was distilled through a copper whisky hood and 4 plate column before ageing for 37 months in new European oak, ex bourbon and oloroso conditioned casks Aromas of roasted nuts and spiced plumbs, Ripe fruits, caramel,lemon zest and milk chocolate on the palate. 70CL 47.5% ABV
