Chez Jau Rivesaltes Ambre

Golden amber hue, offering a rich and inviting aroma of bright honey, ginger loaf, and freshly peeled orange zest. On the palate, it is smooth and velvety, bursting with spiciness and layers of toasted almonds, gingerbread, and dried fruits, as well a lively, balancing acidity.

Aged for two years with deliberate air exposure to encourage oxidation—similar to the techniques used for sherry and Madeira—this wine develops a rich, caramelized profile. Following this, it spends additional months maturing in oak barrels before release. The result is a sweet, nutty wine with layers of complexity.
