Cantina Bernardi is a 5th generation family grower and maker of Prosecco based just outside the town of Treviso. The Bernardi family are odd as they are the first growers in this area to move to organics (and this was in the 80s, long before it was cool). They are passionate about their vines and opt for restricted harvests and low intervention winemaking.
