Ballena del Sur, so named after the humpback whales that can be spotted off the South American coastline. This wine is a project between Les Caves and Uco valley winemaker Sebastien Zaccardi. The goal, to showcase that there is more to Argentina’s unique terroir other than Malbec. Sebastien does it all correcting. No sprays and minimal intervention
