Arnold Holzer took over his dad’s farm in 2008 and very quickly decided he wanted to farm in keeping with natural processing; opting for a biodynamic approach. This wine was initially supposed to be a white. But he left the skins of the fruit in the juice and forgot about them. Thinking he had wrecked his wine, he carried on, just in case. And hey, the result was totally delicious.
