Arnold Holzer took over his dad’s farm in 2008 and very quickly decided he wanted to farm in keeping with natural processing; opting for a biodynamic approach. After a brief period of time training in Provence he decided he was always going to make a natural rose, but in this case from his native Zweigelt vines.
