Dolphin Spray West Coast IPA 7%
Zapato, Huddersfield
A crisp and bitter IPA brewed with a shed-load of C hops to create a throwback West Coast IPA in the same vein as the classics!
Expect big citrus and piney notes up front, balanced by a slight malt sweetness in the middle, followed by a massive, resinous, bitter finish. Close your eyes and you can almost imagine it’s 2011 again, and none of us have bad backs!
