What - Take it to the Grave is the love child of aussie winemaking legends Nicolas Crampton and Ryan Corey. The pair set up shop with the goal of bringing truely exciting, expressive wines at a pricepoint accessible to everyone.
 
This pinot noir projects hails from the vines of Langhorne Creek in Adelaide. Colder climate pinot grapes are pressed and fermented in steel before settling and partially aging in oak. That happy combination of aussie sunshine, cold nights and some winemaking knowhow has result in a wine of extrordinary value.
 
As all good pinots should be it is bursting with plush notes of black cherry and strawberry. With layers of peppermint, liquorice and spices. A true gem that we will be listing for a while.
 
Complex, layered and chewy. Vegan. 14% ABV
